Stoevelaar Machinery presents Wolf-shredders
At the IFAT trade fair in Munich, Stoevelaar Machinery will officially present the new WOLF shredder. Initially, the focus will be on the twin-shaft, 47-tonne 9500 DT. Stoevelaar will market this new brand from Stegeren under the name WOLF Shredders. A smaller, 21-tonne 7500 DT version is also already in the pipeline.
The shredder features an extra-strong rotor housing for processing the toughest materials, specially designed rotors with curved blades, and a reinforced gearbox. The machine is equipped with a tilting infeed hopper. The discharge conveyor is fitted with durable steel cords and a quick-release system for fast and easy disassembly. The machine is also equipped with a complete CAN bus system that can be read and programmed remotely. In transport mode, the 47-tonne machine measures 11.40 metres in length, 3.06 metres in width, and 3.30 metres in height. The shredder can be used for a wide range of materials, such as metal, scrap, and wind turbine blades. It is available in various configurations and can be tailored to customer requirements. A smaller 21-tonne 7500 DT model is also in development. Both machines are capable of processing metal, wood, commercial waste, construction and demolition waste, as well as other materials.
