Morbark Disc Chippers
Morbark introduced the first portable whole tree disc chipper in the early 1970s and has been leading the industry ever since. The Morbark Chiparvestor® whole tree chippers are available in different sizes and configurations. You can customize your whole tree chipper machine with options such as with cab and loader (WCL), no cab and loader (NCL), on tracks or tires, and diesel or electric power.
These Chiparvestors provide flexibility in controlling and meeting parameters while exceeding the challenges of varying climate, timber, and conditions to produce clean, high-quality chips. Whether you are producing biomass fuel chips or clean chips to meet the tight specifications of the pulp and paper industry, we can help you configure the ideal machine to meet your needs. Morbark Drum chippers
Morbark offers a complete line of Whole Tree Drum Chippers in a variety of power ranges and configurations: with or without cab, with or without crane, on wheels or tracks, powered by diesel or electric motor. Together with the wide range of available options, this chipper becomes the perfect machine for you as a customer.
The heavy-duty frame, strong drivetrain and wear-resistant components ensure reliable performance in demanding conditions. All models produce consistent wood chips, tailored to the required size and application.

Morbark stationary chippers
The stationary chipper machine is designed for chipping sawmill waste, slabs, edgings and roundwood for pulp and paper as well as other markets. Morbark stationary chippers produce quality dimensional chips in sizes ranging from 0.5″ (1.3 cm) to 2″ (5.1 cm) in length. Chips up to 4″ (10.2 cm) can be produced for specialized applications.
Wear parts are easily replaced and readily available, keeping maintenance and downtime to a minimum. Precision manufacturing techniques ensure optimum chip quality, even in two- and three-knife chippers. A variety of discharge configurations, leg packages, feed systems and customized bases are available.
We can supply complete (stationary) machine lines including stationary debarkers. We also offer some stationary chipper machine occasions.
