The Neuenhauser 3F Star Screen is a powerful and flexible solution for the efficient separation of a wide range of materials. Thanks to the extensive selection of available stars and quick-change screen decks, the machine can be easily adapted to different applications. The 15° ascending screen deck and long discharge belts with hot-dip galvanized frames (optionally available in extra-wide versions) ensure optimal throughput and performance.
Operation is simple, and the machine is available in both wheel- and track-mounted designs. A walkway along the screen deck, optionally in double width, and an extendable maintenance platform provide a safe and accessible working environment. Hydraulic support legs guarantee high stability, while the engine management system with ‘ECO’ mode optimizes fuel consumption and reduces operational costs.
Additional options such as a dosing auger (height-adjustable, also remotely), tipping grid, or vibrating grid make the 3F Star Screen even more versatile. By screening fine material before coarse material, the machine operates energy-efficiently and environmentally friendly.
The 3F Star Screen is ideal for soil remediation, biomass processing, and recycling a variety of waste materials, including household, garden, and commercial waste. Its efficient tracked chassis provides excellent stability and mobility, even in difficult terrain, ensuring optimal screening performance under challenging conditions.
