The Neuenhauser 2F Star Screen is a compact and powerful screening solution, specially designed for applications such as biomass processing, wood recycling, and environmentally friendly soil treatment. Thanks to its robust chassis, available in both wheel- and track-mounted versions, the machine performs safely and efficiently even on challenging terrain.
With a large feed hopper, optional hopper extension, and long discharge belts with hot-dip galvanized frame (optionally extra-wide), the 2F Star Screen can handle large material flows with ease. The machine offers a maximum discharge height of 4 meters, providing flexibility for a wide range of applications.
Its modular design, the variety of stars for different applications, and optional features such as a height-adjustable dosing auger (also remotely controlled) or extendable oversize conveyor make the 2F Star Screen extremely versatile. An extendable maintenance platform, hydraulic support legs, and a walkway along the screen deck (optionally in double width) ensure safety, stability, and excellent accessibility.
The engine management system with ‘ECO’ mode optimizes fuel consumption, while simple operation and high ease of maintenance make servicing straightforward. This makes the 2F Star Screen a reliable, efficient, and environmentally friendly solution for a wide range of screening and recycling applications.
