The H2PRO MSS-15K-3F is a versatile and efficient screening machine for processing biomass, compost, green waste, wood waste and other bulk materials. Featuring a total screening area of 19.3 m², this machine can achieve capacities of up to 250 m³/h or 60 tonnes/h, depending on the material being processed.
Material is evenly fed through the hopper and transported across the screen decks by rotating screening stars. The adjustable top deck screen size allows the machine to be adapted to a wide range of applications. Depending on the selected operating mode, the machine can produce two or three fractions: fines, middle fraction and oversize material.
The machine is equipped with a diesel-electric drive system, an SDMO-Kohler 80 kVA generator and a useful screening width of 1.5 metres. With transport dimensions of only 12.1 x 3.0 x 3.5 metres, this star screen can easily be moved between job sites.
