WOLF Screening Star Double Six Mobile star screen with maximum flexibility
The WOLF Screening Star Double Six is a powerful mobile screen on tracks, developed for the efficient and versatile separation of various material streams. The machine can be fed, for example, via the conveyor belt of a shredder, after which the infeed hopper evenly distributes the material across the screening deck.
The material is then transported over the screening deck by rotating stars or discs, ensuring accurate and continuous separation.
Thanks to the unique Vario option, the Star Double Six offers maximum adjustability. The upper screening deck can be infinitely adjusted in both speed and screening size, allowing the machine to be perfectly adapted to the material being processed.
The screen can operate in:
- 2-fraction mode: oversize fraction and middle fraction
- 3-fraction mode: oversize fraction, middle fraction, and fine fraction
Despite its performance, the Star Double Six features compact transport dimensions, making transport and deployment at different locations easy.
