Morbark stationairy chippers
The stationary chipper machine is designed for chipping sawmill waste, slabs, edgings and roundwood for pulp and paper as well as other markets. Morbark stationary chippers produce quality dimensional chips in sizes ranging from 0.5″ (1.3 cm) to 2″ (5.1 cm) in length. Chips up to 4″ (10.2 cm) can be produced for specialized applications.
Wear parts are easily replaced and readily available, keeping maintenance and downtime to a minimum. Precision manufacturing techniques ensure optimum chip quality, even in two- and three-knife chippers. A variety of discharge configurations, leg packages, feed systems and customized bases are available.
We can supply complete (stationary) machine lines including stationary debarkers. We also offer some stationary chipper machine occasions.
